Architectural Review

The fees for the architect to review applications are the following:

Minor Structural Additional (One room additions) - $400.00

Major Structural Additions (Additions over 1,000 sq. ft) - $600.00

Pools - $380.00

Circular Driveways - $380.00

There is no charge for all other ARC Applications.
